Students nowadays very brainy, creative, quick at learning, understanding things and like to show their good sense in everything. Consequentially, teachers must also be like them or must be brainy than the other students. Teachers must come and intend with 'great plus new' skills to grab their hearts through knowledge. Here are some tips that i have study regarding my essay in my English Language Support Program.

Student – teacher interaction is a priority. It is a fact that children thrive on fun classroom learning experiences, encouraging greater interest, more participation, and overall enhanced learning. So it will makes sense for teachers to handle the classroom environments and lesson plans in order to be motivating, interactive, and exciting for their students. This is the impression from research that it has shown, prioritizing exam results alone is one of the main obstacles to embracing the culture of innovation.

However, before delivering into any classroom tool or resource, it is important to remember that every student has a unique style of learning. One might learn best by examples, while another might thrive by listening to you describe or speak about something. Many students also learn best through "hands-on" experiences which means they have to do something themselves to get a proper grasp. So, in considering resources or lesson plans for the classroom, we have to try to choose methods that will cater to multiple modes of learning.

One of the best ways to increase participation and encourage students to experiment in the classroom is games. Maybe this will no suitable but sometimes it impressive. Role-playing, for example, Mathematics can be used in a number of different classroom subjects to help students understand perspectives, improve language skills, engage in discussions, and think in-depth about certain issues. It is also a way for kids to get out of their seats and move around.

Change of scenery is another way to keep students interested while learning. Taking fields trips or even just holding a lesson outdoors provides a new environment for students, helping them keep focused. A field trip dedicated to a given lesson is also a great way to enhance that lesson and to make learning more fun.

Another great way to enhance learning in the classroom is to utilise technology based tools and resources. Interactive whiteboards, computers, and technology-based games are now among the most successful classroom tools, enabling greater student participation and interest, and helping teachers effectively deliver fun lesson plans. There are many technological classroom tools such as IWB are designed to cater to every type of learner, whether auditory, visual, or kinaesthetic.

Ultimately, a fun learning environment will help students stay interested, and encourage them to participate, and deliver an overall better learning experience. And best of all, it is the simple one for teachers to achieve as the Minister of Education said that the aims are to encourage the growth of creative and innovative ideas...
